How do we do It?
Franking Machine manufacturers program many of their cartridges to expire long before the ink actually runs out. Some of these cartridges can be reset and reused, wheras others either cant because the software cannot be reset or the print heads are damaged. We recover the unusable ink cartridges and extract the ink which can sometimes have upto 75% of its ink left.
The Ink Refilling Process
First we check the cartridge and print heads to make sure that the Ink Cartridge can be refilled, reset and prints good quality impressions
Our engineers carefully inject UK franking machine ink under vacuum to ensure customers experience no leakage or contamination. The usnits used are specially adapted to fit each individual model & cartridge to ensure its integrity.
Once complete the cartridge is tested to ensure the print quality is OK. Each test print is enclosed when the cartridge is returned for your own satisfaction.

Our recycling service offers a full replacement of the ribbon in the original Frama cartridge. This is cpmmpleted and tested to ensure smooth running and printing prior to returning them.
Frama Mailmax
We are currently developing a replacement ink bag that fits inside the Mailmax Ink Tank casing. This will be launched withing the next few months and after testingl we will be offereing this a a refill / Bag replacement service for arount £40.00 + Vat. Keep your empties!!!
